The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supply processes to secure optimal commercial terms—price, delivery schedule, and quality—for the company by analyzing the market, selecting suppliers, requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and often mentoring less experienced buyers. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehousing, inventory management, and logistics processes, aligning them with corporate objectives and pursuing cost reduction. * Identify, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers; negotiate long-term contracts; and build solid relationships to ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms. * Conduct price and service quotations, negotiating optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for medium- and high-complexity procurements. * Manage the entire procurement cycle—from requisition to product or service receipt—including purchase order issuance and delivery flow tracking. * Professionals with solid experience in the Procurement sector. * Support the Supply Management team in meeting PETROBRAS contract audit requirements; * Address audit-related demands by participating in management meetings and maintaining data and information records, generating local and regional reports and dashboards; * Handle logistics demands, carrier contracting, indicator reporting, material tracking, and follow-up; (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in technical procurement, negotiation, contracts, and ERP/SAP systems; * Skills: Knowledge of negotiation, data analysis, procurement planning, and contract management; * Intermediate/advanced English — mandatory * Basic Spanish would be a plus; * A postgraduate degree or specialization in this field, project management knowledge, or international trade expertise would be advantageous. **Location:** Abreu e Lima Refinery – Ipojuca – PE. **Direct Reporting To:** Supply Manager. **Tell us more about you!
