We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle service tickets, focusing on SLA compliance for support and maintenance; * Analyze and resolve technical issues; * Perform routine operational tasks; * Install and configure new environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid knowledge of SD-WAN networks, FORTINET, VELOCLOUD, MERAKI, and VIPTELA technologies; * Knowledge of internal Wi-Fi networks (MERAKI, ARUBA, CISCO AIR ON NET); * Experience with network devices such as Access Points, Switches, and Routers; * Experience configuring networks on Windows 7, 8, and 10; * Configuration and troubleshooting of routers and IP telephony. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with network device monitoring technologies and solutions; * Experience with incident management tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Cisco equipment will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
