You will be responsible for guiding the guest’s entire journey before and during their stay, ensuring a calm, organized, and caring experience. You will serve as the bridge between the guest and the services offered by Carneiros Pernambuco Temporada, delivering professional, approachable, and human-centered service. **Daily Responsibilities** ✔ Support stays from pre-check-in to post-check-in; ✔ Coordinate access permissions with building security desks; ✔ Manage and maintain guest stay data; ✔ Provide on-site tourist support during the stay; ✔ Track and manage guest requests and service tickets; ✔ Organize communication channels and service workflows; ✔ Handle administrative management of reservations and related information; ✔ Respond via chat, email, and phone calls; ✔ Serve as the liaison between lodging-related needs and other departments. **Requirements to Shine With Us** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Proven customer service experience; * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program; * Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills; * Personal computer required; * Organized, committed, and proactive. **Benefits We Offer** ?
