Job Summary: Perform customer service activities, cash receipt handling, and other related tasks, ensuring an excellent customer experience and the integrity of the cash register. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the best possible customer service experience and the operational integrity of the unit's cash register. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal and external customer service; * Perform cash register opening and closing; * Receive sales payments (cash, credit/debit cards, and checks); * Monitor invoice (NF) flow and returns; * Support administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in this role or in the Administrative\-Finance area. Bachelor's degree and/or relevant coursework. Knowledge of and/or experience with ERP systems. **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education, basic computer skills, intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Voucher (VR), Life Insurance, Birthday Day Off, and Wellhub (formerly Gympass). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
