Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the input of classroom-taught content into the V4 system (task performed by the coordination assistant). * Monitor, at least weekly, the Content Compliance Index to verify whether content delivery is delayed, ahead of schedule, or on schedule. * Monitor and verify the entry of assessment grades into the system, ensuring correct report card preparation. * Review corrected exams prior to distribution to students, verifying that grading adheres to institutional standards. * Identify and form focus groups for pedagogical support, whether for specific initiatives (e.g., Pedagogical Support Hours) or routine support activities. * Complete and monitor spreadsheets tracking pedagogical projects and activities.
