Job Summary: Seeking a Building Technician to prepare and interpret projects, support construction management and supervision, and control technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. A construction and real estate development company seeks a Building Technician in Paulista. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and interpret technical projects and drawings in accordance with current regulations. Support construction management by monitoring schedules, execution, and service quality. Conduct field measurements and technical surveys. Control and organize technical and legal documentation of construction projects. Participate in project and construction regularization processes with competent authorities. Support service supervision to ensure compliance with specifications. Assist in other technical routines within the building construction area. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
