Problem resolution and compliance with quality standards #### **About the position:** * Directly supervise dining room and bar services during shifts, organizing waiter, bartender, and commis teams to ensure efficient, welcoming service aligned with the hotel’s quality and hospitality standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor table service operations within your department during shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events). * Guide and supervise waiters, bartenders, and commis to ensure service is prompt, courteous, efficient, and standardized. * Verify mise en place at the station: table arrangement, tableware, cutlery, glassware, and supporting materials. * Monitor customer orders and ensure dishes and beverages are served correctly, within the scheduled time, and according to hotel standards. * Assist in resolving complaints, escalating more complex situations to the Maître. * Comply with and enforce hygiene, etiquette, and staff presentation standards. * Ensure accurate closing of order slips and work shifts, collaborating with the cashier or POS as needed. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a senior waiter or assistant maître in a high-end restaurant, hotel, cruise ship, or similar setting. * Required experience duration for performing this role: 6 months to 1 year #### **Desirable requirements (advantageous):** * Prior experience as a senior waiter or assistant maître in a high-end restaurant, hotel, cruise ship, or similar setting is desirable. * Training courses (e.g., customer service techniques, dining room organization, special services such as wine service, flambé, etc.). #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele\-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On\-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Schedule: 07:00 AM to 3:20 PM * Shift rotation: 5 days on, 1 day off
