Job Summary: Professional responsible for welcoming and serving customers, taking orders, organizing the dining area, and collaborating with the team across a network of Brazilian hotels. We cultivate purposeful relationships among cities, staff, and guests. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Welcome customers, deliver menus, and explain food and beverage options; * Take orders and inform customers about estimated wait times; * Serve orders at tables carefully and attentively, ensuring accuracy according to requests; * Restock beverages and provide customer support throughout the meal; * Clean and organize tables before customers arrive and after they depart; * Arrange cutlery, napkins, and glasses, ensuring the environment remains pleasant; * Present bills to customers, clarify questions regarding amounts, collect payments, inform about available payment methods, and issue receipts; * Collaborate in organizing the dining area, adjusting tables and chairs as needed; * Communicate special orders to the kitchen and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Experience in the role; * Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members; * Agility and efficiency, especially during peak hours; * Organization and attention to detail; * Good memory for orders and customer preferences. **WE OFFER** * Collaborative work environment; * Meal voucher; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness facilities).
