Job Summary: Supervise the bakery's operational activities, ensuring smooth production, product display, and customer service, with an emphasis on team leadership and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Product quality control and adherence to hygiene standards. \* Completed high school education (a technical or undergraduate degree in gastronomy, management, or food-related fields is a plus); \* Proven experience supervising bakeries or food businesses, with emphasis on team leadership and production operations; \* Residence in Recife, with easy access to Boa Viagem (within 20 km); \* Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled; \* Technical knowledge of bread, cake, savory pastry, and other bakery production processes; \* Profile focused on organization, planning, and quality; \* Strong communication skills, operational leadership ability, and teamwork aptitude; \* Proactivity, attention to detail, and a customer service excellence mindset; \* Knowledge of good hygiene and food safety practices; \* Experience monitoring performance indicators, productivity, and goals is a plus. Main Responsibilities: \* Supervise the bakery's operational activities, ensuring smooth production, product display, and customer service; \* Lead, guide, and motivate bakery staff, including bakers, oven operators, pastry chefs, sales associates, and assistants; \* Control product quality, compliance with technical specifications, and hygiene and food safety standards; \* Organize staff schedules, monitor productivity, resolve conflicts, and conduct training as needed; \* Monitor inventory of raw materials and utensils, requesting replenishment when necessary; \* Track performance indicators—such as waste, sales, and customer satisfaction—and propose continuous improvements; \* Directly engage in customer service and ensure positive public relations; \* Collaborate with other company departments and ensure achievement of established targets.
