A wholesale distributor seeks a Bakery Assistant in Paulista (Maranguape). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, breads, cakes, and savory snacks. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients. Help shape and finish products. Organize and sanitize utensils and equipment. Monitor and store ingredients according to expiration dates. Support restocking of products in sales areas. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Assist in large-scale production. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Food Production Operator, Kitchen Assistant, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
