The role is responsible for structuring, integrating, and evolving People Management systems, data, and processes, ensuring information governance, standardization, and generation of insights to strategically support leadership decisions. The position involves technical and consulting work, with emphasis on operational efficiency, digitalization of the HR lifecycle, data intelligence, and continuous improvement of the function. **Key Responsibilities** * Map and optimize end\-to\-end HR processes; * Manage and evolve HR systems and their integrations; * Ensure governance and quality of people-related data; * Develop KPIs, dashboards, and strategic analyses; * Conduct analyses (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, productivity); * Document People Analytics policies, workflows, and standards. **Technical Requirements** * Experience in People Analytics and HR data; * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI); * Experience with HR systems (ATS, LMS, Performance, etc.); * Experience in process mapping and improvement; * Knowledge of the employee lifecycle. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of compensation and salary structures; * Experience in headcount planning and payroll cost management; * Experience in HR transformation/digitalization; * Knowledge of SQL or data manipulation; * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA). **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical, organized, and technically rigorous; * Adaptable to dynamic environments; * Clear and pragmatic communication; * Strong sense of ownership and autonomy; * Investigative mindset with solution orientation.
