If you have field experience and a results-oriented mindset, we want you on our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily inspections and hazard identification * Ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NR-18, NR-35, NR-10) * Management and supervision of PPEs and collective protective equipment * Conducting DDS (Daily Safety Talks) and training sessions * Document control (PPP, CAT, eSocial) * Accident investigation and preventive actions **Requirements:** * Technical course in Occupational Safety \+ active registration * Experience in civil construction * Communicative, ethical, and proactive profile **We Offer:** Competitive salary \+ benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health and dental plans) Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed technical education (preferred) Experience: * Civil construction (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
