The Commercial Supervisor acts as a facilitator, guiding and supporting the Morada da Paz consultants’ team. They are also responsible for planning and defining commercial targets. **Main Responsibilities:** Apply methods related to activity planning, tailored to the product and target audience, to ensure process compliance; Manage performance indicators across sales channels, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing data and immediate actions related to the method; Plan and execute all aspects involving people management; Resolve any discrepancies and conflicts arising within the team; Positively engage the team in activities and goal achievement; Ensure compliance with departmental Operational Procedures by monitoring, supervising, and guiding operators during execution to maintain the planned service standard; Analyze team performance results using available data and information to assess team performance; Propose sound and feasible solutions for anomalies detected in the sales method when the intended outcome is not achieved; Present the consultants’ team results to the Commercial Management using previously analyzed data, enabling decentralized management and better decision-making; Ensure adherence to Discount Policies and Payment Terms to avoid unnecessary discounts or potential losses in the sales process, whenever required; **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree (a postgraduate degree is a plus – proof required); Two to three years of experience managing sales teams; Valid Brazilian Driver’s License Category B (mandatory); Negotiation techniques; Conflict resolution skills; Interpersonal relationship skills.
