Responsibilities • Coordinate the Human Resources department’s routine, ensuring execution of people processes; • Monitor HR KPIs and support performance management of the department; • Guide the team, organize requests, and contribute to continuous process improvement; • Work closely with leadership and employees, supporting decision-making, alignment, and initiatives related to climate and culture.
