He/she must understand and master the **accounting, tax, and Human Resources (HR) departments**, closely monitoring the routines of each. His/her role is to ensure these departments operate in an organized manner, in compliance with legislation and deadlines, as well as manage teams, resolve daily operational issues, improve processes, and support senior management in strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in administrative coordination or supervision * Solid knowledge of **accounting, tax, and Human Resources (HR) areas** * Proficiency in labor, social security, and tax legislation * Experience in team management and oversight of administrative routines * Strong organizational, analytical, and deadline-control capabilities * Ability to identify problems, propose improvements, and optimize processes * Excellent communication skills for interfacing with teams, accounting departments, senior management, and external agencies * Proactive, responsible profile with strategic vision **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies * Experience with ERP systems and management tools * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in administration/finance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.921,10 – R$5.245,75 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
