The Human Development Assistant will work within INEC’s HR team, supporting personnel administration as well as recruitment and selection routines. Join this family, essentially MADE OF PEOPLE! **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities for this position: * Assist the Human Development Coordinator in recruitment and selection activities; * Attend to employees; * Provide support in personnel department routines; * Monitor and manage company benefits; * Manage area-related files; * Assist in improving/implementing departmental processes. * And other tasks related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Legal age (18 years or older); High school diploma or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; Required knowledge: Personnel administration routines; Admission and benefits processes; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of E-Social; **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 2.140,08 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM). **Benefits of Working at INEC:** Professional development and training program; Medical and dental plans; Emotional health program; Private pension plan; Meal allowance and Basic Food Basket allowance: R$ 1.496,46; Wellhub; Daycare reimbursement; Life insurance.
