




Customer Relationship Assistant – Accounting **Responsibilities:** * Client service for the accounting firm (phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and in-person) * Basic guidance on accounting, tax, labor, and corporate services * Monitoring client requests with the tax, HR, and accounting departments * Deadline tracking and timely follow-up on client requests * Receiving, verifying, and organizing accounting documents * Registering and updating client information in the system * Supporting company incorporation, amendments, and dissolution * Communicating with clients regarding taxes, payment slips, ancillary obligations, and deadlines * Recording client interactions and requests in the system or spreadsheets * Supporting client relationship management and retention * Assisting accountants and analysts with administrative tasks * Sending reports, payment slips, and documents to clients Function Advantages * Acting as a bridge between clients and the technical team * Reducing rework and improving communication * Ensuring deadline compliance and service quality Job Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
