The professional will be responsible for team coordination, schedule monitoring, ensuring service quality, and compliance with technical and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect all construction phases, with special emphasis on hydraulic and electrical installations; * Coordinate work teams (masons, plumbers, electricians, etc.); * Interpret technical drawings and blueprints; * Manage materials, equipment, and supplies; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality; * Apply technical and workplace safety standards; * Communicate\-with engineers and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical course in building construction or related fields preferred); * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; * Technical knowledge in hydraulic and electrical systems (reading and interpreting project documents); * Leadership skills for team management; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and sound construction practices; * Ability to meet deadlines efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications:** * NR10 and/or NR35 certification; * Experience with sustainable construction projects or medium- to large-scale projects.
