Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance in various areas such as electrical, hydraulic, and masonry, ensuring preservation of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and cleaning of the maintenance department ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Ensure correct use of uniforms and PPE, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with established standards per procedures, instructions from supervisors, and safety regulations; Perform and supervise diverse building maintenance and facility conservation services in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry areas, carrying out necessary repairs; Assist in and verify proper operation of electrical and lighting installations equipment, performing minor repairs and reporting faults in installations; Carry out preventive maintenance at Contract Units, inspecting equipment conditions and performing necessary repairs; Organize the maintenance department, conducting general cleaning and removing unused materials to ensure optimal working environment conditions; Ensure quality of performed work consistently meets standards required by ApoioEcolimp or stipulated in the contract; Assist in general services as required by contract demands and requests; Perform related tasks according to competencies, upon request from supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed elementary school. DESIRABLE: Technical training in Maintenance, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or related fields. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. DESIRABLE: 1 year.
