





#### **About the position:** * Work as an Assistant Personnel Department with a focus on timekeeping control and absence management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies. * Support administrative HR routines, contributing to the organization and efficiency of processes related to payroll and benefits. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Control and verification of electronic and manual time records, identifying inconsistencies and making necessary adjustments. * Management of absences, including analysis and monitoring of medical certificates, leaves, and other related documents. * Updating internal systems with timekeeping and absence information. * Support in the preparation of managerial reports on attendance and absenteeism. * Assist employees by clarifying questions related to timekeeping and absences. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * High school diploma; technical or higher education in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is desirable. * Proven experience in personnel department routines, especially in timekeeping control and absence management. * Knowledge of current labor legislation, particularly regarding working hours and absences. * Proficiency in electronic timekeeping systems and Office suite (Excel, Word). * Organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
