





**SUMMARY:** Execute and monitor all HR payroll department routines, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and collective bargaining legislation, as well as adherence to statutory deadlines. Serve as a technical reference and support the supervisor in managing departmental activities, guaranteeing data quality and security. **DETAILED ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:** * Execute and review payroll routines, including onboarding, terminations, vacation processing, and the 13th salary. * Calculate labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and ensure accurate submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, GFIP, RAIS, DIRF, etc.). * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and conventions, correctly applying their provisions to payroll. * Manage employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.). * Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding labor and social security matters. * Support the Accounting Operations Supervisor in tracking departmental deadlines and performance indicators. * Provide technical support and daily operational guidance to the HR Payroll Assistant. * Prepare managerial reports on payroll and personnel costs. * Stay up-to-date on labor, social security, and collective bargaining legislation. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** * Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Preferred experience in HR payroll routines within accounting firms. * Knowledge requirements: Labor, social security, and collective bargaining legislation; payroll systems (preferably Domínio or similar); intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** Organization, discipline, attention to detail, deadline orientation, analytical ability, clear communication, ability to guide teams, proactivity, and commitment.
