#### **About the position:** * Work as an HR Analyst with a focus on analyzing and managing HR metrics. * Responsible for ensuring compliance of HR processes and efficiency in people management through monitoring of metrics and indicators. * Collaborate with HR teams to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring, overtime, and others. * Prepare management reports for leadership, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities. * Support internal and external audits related to HR. * Participate in implementing improvements to HR metrics and people management systems. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in HR, with emphasis on metrics analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to identify improvement opportunities. * Must reside near Boa Viagem.
