





Job Description: To excel in this position, you need: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience with payroll processing; * Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems); * Experience in HR departments, preferably within a BPO environment; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). It would be great if you also have... * Familiarity with digital HR tools; * Proactivity in process improvement or automation initiatives.
