Come join our family! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Manage the team, ensuring quality service and compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures; * Implement strategies to ensure processes, accuracy of controls, and availability of supplies, placing purchase orders to maintain general administrative routines; * Develop action plans to optimize processes; * Coordinate the team, training new employees, managing overtime, absences, and medical certificates, periodically sending information to the HR department to monitor and track sector absenteeism and analyze each team member's performance; * Analyze performance reports and indicators, participate in results meetings and inventories; * Ensure organization, maintenance, and functionality of equipment; * Act proactively with commercial timing to reduce inventory of products nearing expiration; * Negotiate with customers and suppliers; * Ensure supply availability in the sales area; * Monitor daily inventory: ABC Curve; * Direct poster production; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and safety standards; * Control product dispatch from the warehouse, such as disposals, returns, or transfers; in cases of donations or transfers, act only with proper documentation; * Check the condition of warehouse equipment, materials, and machinery, such as hydraulic pallet trucks, loading and unloading carts, electric forklifts, pallets, and scales (properly calibrated and clean), sending them for maintenance whenever necessary; * Ensure product quality at the time of storage, prioritizing perishable goods quality, controlling hygiene, appearance, color, odor, and texture; **WHAT WE NEED:** * High school diploma completed; * Experience in the retail industry; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of Health Surveillance rules and procedures; * Office suite and Consinco.
