The professional will work alongside chefs and assist in carrying out daily kitchen tasks. **Responsibilities** * Assist in pre\-preparation and preparation of ingredients, such as cutting, peeling, and storing food. * Help plate dishes according to standards established by the chef. * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, ensuring proper sanitation of utensils and countertops. * Restock and organize inventories of ingredients and supplies required for operations. * Assist in restocking food during service, ensuring production efficiency. * Follow food safety regulations and good hygiene practices. * Work collaboratively to ensure quality and speed in order preparation. **Requirements** + Prior kitchen experience is a plus. + Agility, organization, and attention to detail. + Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. + Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. + Completed elementary or high school education.
