APPRENTICE HYGIENE ASSISTANT

Job Summary: Assist in general cleaning of areas, bathrooms, and surfaces, as well as organizing materials and supporting logistics of cleaning products. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of environments. 2. Responsibility for managing hygiene supplies and equipment. 3. Collaboration in organizing and distributing personal protective equipment. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Assist in general area hygiene through internal collection of common and recyclable waste, except biological waste requiring airborne and contact precautions; Assist in cleaning bathrooms, glass, horizontal and vertical surfaces—such as tables, countertops, walls, ceilings, curtains, blinds, and windows—by sweeping and washing to maintain clean and organized areas; Assist in cleaning and refilling soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, and other cleaning products in their respective containers, replenishing items as they run low; Load and program the washing machine to keep cloths and mops clean; Organize boxes containing personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, as well as assist in completing employee records for the department; Organize the inventory of hygiene products and equipment, as well as assist in sorting and distributing materials required for hygiene operations; Organize the functional trolley and/or basket according to the Company's established standardization; Assist in verifying product identification labels and expiration dates per the Company's established standards; Perform related tasks within one's competencies upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Currently enrolled in Elementary School. PREFERRED: Completed High School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. PREFERRED: Not applicable.
