Position: Internal Salesperson – Air Conditioning and Services We are seeking a communicative, proactive professional with a results-oriented mindset to join our company's commercial team, responsible for selling services, maintenance contracts, and air conditioning equipment. Key responsibilities: * Customer service and prospecting; * Preparation and submission of commercial proposals; * Sales of air conditioning equipment and services; * Lead tracking and negotiations; * Customer relationship management and post-sales support; * Data entry into the system and commercial follow-up. Requirements: * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proficiency in customer service; * Organized, responsible, and committed profile; * Basic computer literacy and experience with WhatsApp Business; * Prior experience in sales is an advantage. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Compensation: Fixed salary of R$ 1.621,00 + commission.
