OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and general cleaning of units, equipment, facilities, and vehicles, following safety standards and reporting requirements for specialized services. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. 2. Responsibility for organizing and transporting products and materials. 3. Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the workplace. Job Responsibilities: 1\. Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards of Cervejaria Charada; 2\. Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks at Cervejaria Charada units; 3\. Inspect, repair, and maintain proper operation of Cervejaria Charada equipment; 4\. Inspect, repair, and maintain proper operation of electrical installations in Pubs — lighting, outlets, switches, and others; 5\. Inspect, repair, and maintain proper operation of plumbing installations in Pubs — sinks, faucets, toilets, grease traps, and others; 6\. Inspect, repair, and maintain proper condition of Pub buildings and furniture — masonry, flooring, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and others; 7\. Perform cleaning and maintenance of Cervejaria Charada vehicles; 8\. Report to the immediate supervisor, whenever necessary, the need to hire specialized technical services for specific repairs and maintenance; 9\. Procure and transport products or supplies to Cervejaria Charada units; 10\. Transport and relocate products, items, tools, and general machinery; 11\. Organize and maintain orderly storage of equipment and/or products in physical spaces, on shelves, racks, pallets, containers, and equipment, etc.; 12\. Complete the routine activity checklist; 13\. Daily complete the Maintenance History Log, describing performed activities; Perform transportation and relocation of products or supplies; Ensure waste is properly collected, packaged, and disposed of; Perform cleaning, hygiene, and preservation of Cervejaria Charada Pubs; Follow instructions and perform cleaning, hygiene, and safety tasks at the workplace; Replace and install damaged parts and/or components of equipment; Perform maintenance in premises, stock areas, and equipment; Assist with other maintenance and cleaning tasks as requested; Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
