Job Summary: The professional will provide nursing assistance and care, prepare patients for examinations, assist with personal hygiene and feeding, and administer medications. Key Highlights: 1. Manage supplies, equipment, and medications **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide nursing assistance and care under the supervision of a registered nurse; * Prepare patients for examinations; * Collect specimens for laboratory tests and record them in patient records; * Assist patients with personal hygiene and feeding; * Monitor vital signs and overall patient conditions; * Prepare and administer medications via oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous, and rectal routes, following medical prescriptions; * Carry out medical and nursing care prescriptions; * Safely move and transport patients; * Assist in emergency and urgent care procedures; * Perform daily inventory of used supplies and requisition them according to institutional guidelines; * Manage supplies, equipment, and medications under their responsibility; * Maintain equipment and the work unit in an organized manner, ensuring proper maintenance and promptly reporting any issues to supervisors; * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of materials and equipment, as well as their storage and distribution. **Work Schedule:** * 12x36 shift rotation * Day shift from 06:30 to 18:30. **Requirements:** * Completed technical nursing education; * Active COREN registration; * Basic computer skills; * Flexible availability for shifts.
