Job Summary: Perform general maintenance activities (civil, hydraulic, electrical) and maintenance on machines/equipment, executing low-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing faults, and safeguarding equipment. CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Perform general maintenance activities involving civil, hydraulic, electrical, and other areas, as well as maintenance on the institution's machines and equipment; Execute low-complexity electrical maintenance tasks and various services related to civil works, painting, hydraulics, telecommunications, etc.; Diagnose faults using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation, and disassemble, repair, reassemble, test, and replace components, safeguarding equipment under one's responsibility; Perform work at heights while complying with safety regulations for roof, gutter, building façade, and interior conservation and restoration, as well as repairs and renovations of building installations and lamp replacement, among others; Carry out preventive maintenance on (machines and equipment, telephone network, and building installations), complying with current safety regulations; Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing information and assistance; Supervise the receipt of medical gases, diesel oil, and LPG together with the respective invoices; Transport furniture and general materials, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * High school diploma / Relevant experience in the role / Training course in electrical, hydraulic, and civil fields. ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT) * Meals provided at the company * Attendance bonus * Health and dental insurance * Job Opening Date: 19/01/2026
