Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, performing masonry, electrical, plumbing, and general repair work on facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities 2. Carry out masonry, electrical, and plumbing services 3. Repair roofs and wall openings Responsibilities: \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our facilities \* Perform masonry, plastering, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing services; \* Clean gutters and roofs, as well as general drainage channels; \* Repair wall and floor openings and damage; \* Remove debris for disposal in dumpsters; \* Repair roofs; POSITION FOR BETIM \- RESIDENCE IN THE CITY REQUIRED.
