The simplest way to see your applied jobs on the LinkedIn app is to tap your profile picture (top left corner of the home screen) and select “My Jobs.” This opens a dedicated dashboard. At the top of that screen, you’ll find a “My Jobs” dropdown menu; tap it and choose “Applied.” Every job you’ve submitted an application for will be listed here, sorted by most recent.
Each entry shows the company name, job title, and a status badge like “Applied,” “Viewed,” or “Interviewing.” You can tap any listing to see the full job description and any notes the recruiter may have left. LinkedIn also lets you filter by “Date Applied” or “Job Title” directly from this screen, which is super handy when you’ve been applying to a lot of roles.
One thing a lot of people miss: if you used the “Easy Apply” feature, the application is automatically saved to this list. But if you applied through an external website (i.e., you clicked “Apply on Company Site”), LinkedIn sometimes still tracks it in the “Applied” tab, but not always. So it’s a good practice to also check your “Saved” tab to confirm which jobs you actually sent applications for.
Here’s a quick reference on the common statuses you’ll see:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Applied | Your application was submitted successfully |
| Viewed | A recruiter or hiring manager has opened your profile |
| Interviewing | You’ve been invited to an interview (or are in the process) |
| Archived | The job is no longer active or you withdrew your application |
If you’re worried about missing updates, you can also turn on push notifications for job applications inside the app’s settings. That way, you’ll get a ping right when a recruiter views your profile or changes your status.

On the LinkedIn app, I just tap the Jobs icon at the bottom of the screen, then hit the suitcase icon at the top of that page. That’s the “My Jobs” section. From there, I scroll down to the “Applied” tab. It’s that simple. I check it every morning to see if any recruiter has viewed my application. The layout is clean, so I can quickly see the status without opening each job.

I use the “My Jobs” section under my profile picture. The “Applied” tab is always the first thing I look at. I like that I can filter by date, which helps me prioritize follow-ups. If a job shows “Viewed”
