Resumo da Vaga: Procuramos um Gerente Global de Infraestrutura para liderar nossa equipe, impulsionar a confiabilidade e escalabilidade das plataformas e evoluir a estratégia de nuvem híbrida com automação e governança avançada. Principais Destaques: 1. Liderar e mentorar equipe de infraestrutura de alta performance. 2. Evoluir a estratégia de nuvem híbrida com automação e IaC. 3. Promover a modernização com modelos avançados de governança. Descrição: We are looking for a Global Infrastructure Manager to lead our infrastructure team and drive the reliability, scalability, and global availability of our platforms. You will define and evolve our hybrid cloud strategy (Azure \+ on\-premises), promote modernization through automation and Infrastructure as Code, and implement advanced governance models such as RBAC and Zero Trust.You will collaborate with architecture, development, security, and data teams, strengthen our monitoring and observability practices, and manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs. Experience in infrastructure leadership, Azure, networking, servers, storage, and virtualization is essential. Advanced English is mandatory.Nice to have: IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform), automation (PowerShell, Python), observability tools, multi\-region experience, and Azure certifications.traduza para portuges Responsabilidades e atribuições * Lead and mentor a high\-performance infrastructure team. * Drive reliability, scalability, and global availability of our platforms. * Design and evolve our hybrid cloud strategy (Azure \+ on\-premises). * Champion modernization, automation, and infrastructure as code. * Implement advanced governance and access models (RBAC, Zero Trust). * Collaborate with architecture, development, security, and data teams. * Build an observability\-first mindset using monitoring and analytics. * Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and automation partnerships. * Evolve disaster recovery and resilience capabilities across regions. Requisitos e qualificações * Strong experience in infrastructure leadership roles. * Solid background with cloud platforms (Azure). * Hands\-on knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, storage, backup. * Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, Zero Trust or similar frameworks. * Ability to balance innovation with operational discipline. * Strong communication and team\-leadership abilities. * A creative mindset someone who solves problems rather than maintains status quo. * Advanced English is mandatory 2512100202181911397
