Join us on this shared journey toward a brighter tomorrow. **JOB PURPOSE** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** RESPONSABILIDADES * Apoiar nas inspeções de segurança, identificando perigos e riscos ocupacionais, registrando não conformidades e contribuindo com recomendações de ações corretivas e preventivas. * Controlar e organizar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs), incluindo entrega, recolhimento, higienização, substituição, inventário e registros em sistema. * Auxiliar no atendimento e manutenção do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR) e demais programas de SST, seguindo orientações do Coordenador de Segurança. * Dar suporte na organização e execução de treinamentos, campanhas e ações educativas relacionadas à saúde, segurança e prevenção de acidentes. * Apoiar o processo de liberação de Trabalhos em Altura e Espaços Confinados, garantindo cumprimento dos requisitos legais e procedimentos internos. * Ministrar treinamentos introdutórios de Segurança do Trabalho para colaboradores recém\-admitidos e terceiros, realizando esclarecimentos, avaliações e registros conforme diretrizes do setor. * Realizar inspeções diárias nas áreas operacionais, identificando desvios e reportando condições inseguras para tratativa. * Participar de comitês internos de Segurança, incluindo comitês de análise de materiais perigosos e Comitê de Ergonomia, contribuindo tecnicamente conforme escopo da função. * Apoiar treinamentos e simulados de emergência, bem como campanhas de prevenção de incêndio e atendimento às normas de combate a incêndio. * Auxiliar na gestão documental de Saúde e Segurança, incluindo organização, controle e arquivamento de registros, facilitando atualizações de sistemas, auditorias internas e externas.
