Resumo da Vaga: This role involves providing technical support for Cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure, and contributing to process improvement. Principais Destaques: 1. Suporte técnico a ambientes Cloud: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS e Google Cloud 2. Diagnóstico e troubleshooting de incidentes técnicos 3. Orientação a clientes e documentação de procedimentos operacionais **Responsabilidades e Atribuições:** * Atender solicitações via telefone, e\-mail e sistema de chamados relacionadas a ambientes Cloud; * Realizar diagnóstico e troubleshooting de incidentes técnicos com foco em Microsoft 365 e Microsoft Azure; * Apoiar demandas pontuais relacionadas a AWS e Google Cloud quando necessário; * Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs e acompanhar a evolução dos chamados de sua fila de trabalho; * Conduzir conferências técnicas para resolução colaborativa de incidentes; * Efetuar o escalonamento de chamados para o Nível 2 ou fabricantes quando necessário, assegurando o repasse completo das informações; * Registrar detalhadamente todas as ações, comunicações e atualizações no sistema de tickets; * Orientar clientes na execução de ajustes e correções em seus ambientes Cloud; * Contribuir para a documentação de procedimentos operacionais e melhoria contínua dos processos de suporte. **Requisitos e Qualificações:** * Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas; * Certificação Microsoft AZ\-900, MS\-900, SC\-900 ou AWS Cloud Practitioner; * Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação e interação com fabricantes. * Experiência com suporte técnico ou service desk em ambientes corporativos; * Experiência ou conhecimento em Microsoft 365\. **Diferenciais:** * Experiência em ambientes 24x7 ou de atendimento bilíngue; * Experiência com suporte a ambientes multi\-tenant; * Boa comunicação, perfil analítico e foco em resolução de incidentes. **Key Skills** At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
