Learn more at (Saiba mais): https://www.linkedin.com/company/flutterbrazil/ **Responsibilities and Attributions** * Realizar o atendimento de clientes e afiliados seguindo os padrões da empresa e sanando as dúvidas dos clientes no menor tempo possível, respondendo prontamente às solicitações dos clientes via chat e garantindo um atendimento ágil e eficaz, bem como, fornecer informações detalhadas sobre produtos, serviços e processos das plataformas de jogos. * Provide customer and affiliate support in compliance with company standards, resolving customer inquiries as quickly as possible, responding promptly via chat to ensure efficient and effective assistance, and offering detailed information about the products, services, and processes available on the gaming platforms. * Avaliar a complexidade das solicitações e, quando necessário, encaminhar questões mais complexas para analistas. * Evaluate the complexity of each request and escalate more complex matters to analysts when necessary. * Documentar detalhes das interações com os clientes e soluções fornecidas em sistemas de CRM ou ferramentas de suporte. * Log interaction details and the solutions provided in the CRM system or support tools. * Manter\-se atualizado sobre as políticas da empresa, atualizações de produtos, mudanças no serviço e regulamentação. * Stay up‑to‑date with company policies, product updates, service changes, and regulatory requirements. * Identificar padrões de problemas e sinalizar o superior imediato. * Detect recurring issues and report patterns to your immediate supervisor. * Responder demandas referente a Ouvidoria, Reclame Aqui e e\-mail, dentro do SLA de cada canal. * Handle requests concerning the Ombudsman, “Reclame Aqui,” and email channels, ensuring responses meet the specific SLA for each channel. **Requisites and Qualifications** * Ter Ensino Médio completo; * High school diploma completed; * Experiência com atendimento ao cliente ; * Experience in customer service; * Domínio/agilidade em digitação; * Proficiency and speed in typing; * Habilidades com sistemas; * Skills in working with systems; * Domínio de regras ortográficas; * Strong command of spelling rules; * Disponibilidade de horário para trabalhar em escalas/turnos (tarde/noite e noite/madrugada) ; * Availability to work in shifts (afternoon/evening and night/early morning); * Vaga Presencial em Recife\-PE * On\-site position in Recife, PE. **Addtional Informations** Vaga CLT; Benefícios: Benefits: Vale Alimentação \- Cajú Meal allowance – Caju Vale Transporte Transportation voucher Plano de saúde e Odonto Bradesco Health and dental insurance – Bradesco TotalPass TotalPass (corporate gym membership program) Seguro de vida Life insurance **Flutter Brazil** is one of the leading sports betting ecosystems in the country, recognized for its innovation, operational excellence, and user\-centered experience.
