Continuous Improvement Engineer Location: **Guarulhos** Function: **Manufacturing** **Job Responsibilities** **We are looking for a results\-oriented professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives in our production units.** The position involves mapping and analyzing processes, leading Lean and Kaizen projects, and implementing performance indicators to optimize efficiency. You will work in partnership with cross\-functional teams, identify automation opportunities, and support digitalization aligned with Industry 4\.0\. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or related fields, has at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, and is knowledgeable in Lean tools.
