This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment and facilities, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Develop and implement **preventive and predictive maintenance programs** for machining and assembly equipment. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production machinery. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce operational costs. * Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and environmental regulations**. * Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, reporting KPIs and performance metrics to senior management. * Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and efficiency. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or related field. * Proven experience in **maintenance management**, preferably in machining and assembly environments. * Strong knowledge of **CNC machines, assembly lines, and related technologies**. * Familiarity with **lean manufacturing** * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * English proficiency **Additional Information** Ready to take your career to the next level?
