Não é necessário experiência prévia A OneSubsea, joint venture do grupo SLB, procura por engenheiros(as) recém formados(as) para participarem do GRDP (Global Rotational Development Program). Essa posição é uma vaga para trabalhar em manufatura, onde são fabricados os equipamentos submarinos, não se trata de uma vaga para trabalhar embarcado (offshore). Essa oportunidade é para São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, Brasil. Missão do Cargo: O Programa Global de Desenvolvimento Rotacional (GRDP) é um programa de 2 anos de desenvolvimento integrado para Engenheiros Mecânicos e de Produção recém\-saídos da faculdade. Durante o programa, um engenheiro GRDP será exposto a quatro áreas funcionais principais de fabricação por meio de rotações de 6 meses em Qualidade, Engenharia de Manufatura, Gerenciamento de Materiais e Supervisão de Produção. Formação preferencial: Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenharia de Produção. Mobilidade geográfica é um requerimento para a posição. Não é necessário experiência prévia. The GRDP Trainee is responsible for completing competency\-based Manufacturing Global Rotation Development Program (GRDP). * Excel in GRDP rotations involving learning and competency events, and on\-job performance. * Ensure safe, accurate and on\-time jobs as part of manufacturing plant operations. * Mentor others as required. * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. * Act as back\-up for first level of management, when requested. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
