Main Responsibilities: Supervise logistics teams to ensure processes are executed according to established standards; Track performance indicators (productivity, accuracy, efficiency, absenteeism); Conduct daily alignment meetings with team leaders and supervisors to prioritize tasks; Ensure compliance with operational protocols and safety regulations; Support workforce scheduling planning, vacation coordination, and overtime management; Analyze operational failures and propose corrective and preventive action plans; Deliver training and feedback to enhance team members’ technical and behavioral development; Ensure employee physical safety and proper use of equipment and PPE. Requirements: Completed high school education (Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); Prior experience leading logistics teams; Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and inventory control; Knowledge of best practices in warehousing, FIFO/FEFO, and loss control; Availability for shift rotation and overtime.
