Warehouse Clerk (Materials Controller)

Job Summary: Perform receiving, identification, storage, replenishment, and dispatch of materials, ensuring quality and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Operate forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks to move materials. 2. Organize inventory (5S) and participate in physical inventories. 3. Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **PRIMARY FUNCTION:** * Perform activities related to receiving, identification, storage, replenishment, and dispatch of materials and products, ensuring their quantity and quality to meet the needs of internal and external customers within predefined deadlines and quality standards. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** 1\. Receive, inspect, identify, enter into the integrated system, store, pick, and dispatch parts, components, raw materials, and products according to applicable standards and work instructions. 2\. Move materials using forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks. 3\. Organize parts and packaging inventory (5S). 4\. Complete documentation related to these activities (checklists, reports). 5\. Participate in physical inventory activities. 6\. Comply with standards and procedures related to quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems. 7\. Apply 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain), eliminating waste and maintaining an organized and clean workplace, as well as machines and equipment used. 8\. Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor and/or per your work process procedures and/or quality management system procedures. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Mandatory:** High school diploma completed Availability: primarily for the 1st shift, occasionally for other shifts as required by departmental needs **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of inventory management tools FIFO / WMS Basic knowledge of inventory routines and stock write-offs Basic knowledge of integrated systems (e.g., EMS / SAP) – manufacturing module Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite Forklift operator certification
