Human resource management and team training Mondiana | Biguaçu - SC | On-site Job Description We are looking for a **PPCM Technician** to handle the planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance activities, ensuring equipment efficiency, adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, and reduction of production stoppages. This professional will be responsible for integrating maintenance, production, and supplier areas, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and safety in the industrial environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, guide, and allocate maintenance activities according to established guidelines, goals, and programs; * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and plans for company machinery and equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and refrigeration), verifying the latest inspections, maintenance team availability for service execution, and production’s ability to release machines; record all data in the system following standardized procedures to minimize interference with production processes while adhering to preventive maintenance requirements; * Oversee implementation, execution, and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, as well as provide support and guidance for third-party services; * Manage human resources within the department, including team training, performance evaluation, and discipline; administer absences, vacations, and other procedures related to team structuring, maintenance, and motivation, consulting with immediate supervisors on key decisions; * Maintain contact with involved departments to negotiate preventive maintenance dates; * Monitor routine maintenance checklists—whether performed or requested by production—and archive documents per established guidelines; * Register new machinery and equipment data into the system, updating, modifying, and standardizing preventive maintenance procedures for identical parts and devices; * Create and print machine and equipment identification labels, requesting their physical installation; * Transfer information from the computerized system to spreadsheets or text editors to generate and issue reports and controls as needed or requested; * Liaise with suppliers to identify solutions for equipment defects and explore new technologies that improve quality and productivity in the manufacturing area, through internal meetings or specific technical visits; * Contact third-party service providers when necessary to assist with electrical, mechanical, or similar maintenance tasks, minimizing machine downtime to restore production; * Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as provide support and guidance for third-party services; * Account for service results and statistics, analyzing unproductive hours and overtime reports to quantify and validate cost-benefit ratios; * Maintain and update industrial maintenance records, develop and analyze performance indicators to track results; * Comply with occupational safety standards and procedures, properly use PPE, and execute training and instruction operations to ensure personal and third-party safety; * Perform additional duties as required and at the discretion of the immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed technical education in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. * Prior experience as a PPCM technician in an industrial setting; * Familiarity with ERP systems; Protheus is preferred.
