Maintain excellent customer service and work organization **JOB OPENING:** TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TECHNICIAN **WORK LOCATION:** Construction Sites in São Paulo (SP) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **BRIEF DESCRIPTION** Perform all types of technical assistance repair services on construction projects already delivered to the end customer, following instructions from the Technical Assistance Supervisor. Carry out activities in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and other related areas. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION** Assist the supervisor in selecting materials and equipment required to resolve the issue. Arrive at the customer’s site punctually and courteously, wearing the company uniform and identification badge, and carrying all necessary materials and tools for service execution. Carry out electrical, plumbing, masonry, and other repairs as specified in the Technical Assistance Service Order and the company’s Service Instructions. Conduct necessary tests to confirm that the issue has been resolved. If required and according to the task schedule defined by the supervisor, restore the finish at the repair site, ensuring compliance with Emccamp’s standard quality requirements. Clean the work area and collect debris, leftover materials, and tools. Present the completed maintenance to the customer, informing them of the problem resolution. Assist the supervisor in completing the Service Order (OS). Provide excellent customer service—be courteous, respectful, and execute tasks efficiently, promptly, and in an organized manner. Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 07:30–12:00, 13:00–17:30; Friday: 07:30–12:00, 13:00–16:30 **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** Completed High School Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$4.608,75 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
