Therefore, we continuously invest in training, technological innovation, and technical improvement, ensuring increasingly efficient services aligned with market needs. **Requirements** * Technical Course in Building Construction; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Practical experience on residential construction sites. **Main Responsibilities** * Inspection of residential construction projects. * Completion of spreadsheets. * Preparation of technical reports. * Support for construction inspection software. * Production of photographic reports. * Quantitative surveys required for budgeting and measurement execution. * Assistance in all routine activities of the quality department. * Development, implementation, maintenance, improvement, review, and control of documents: manuals, policies, procedures, organizational charts, flowcharts, work instructions, and technical documents (records, forms, check\-lists, etc.). * Review of standards, test reports, and licenses; tracking of non-conformities, preventive actions, and opportunities for improvement.
