We operate across the entire energy value chain, with activities in generation, distribution, transmission, and trading, as well as energy solutions. **POSITION**: Field Supervisor – Losses **IN THIS ROLE, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO:** * Promote a culture of efficiency and productivity improvement using available resources through performance analysis, performance management, and technological enhancement. * Develop and train involved employees, and recognize and disseminate best practices. * Promote dissemination of Group Enel information, messages, and campaigns to all process employees, using simple and appropriate language for the target audience and adhering to corporate communication policies. * Reinforce and disseminate safety culture among both the workforce and customers. * Ensure direction of operational activities, aiming to achieve budgeted resources (volume of operations and average cost) allocated for service delivery. * Meet established operational targets for teams, comply with organizational and operational procedures, and adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality-of-life guidelines and procedures. * Conduct quality, safety, and environmental inspections. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and new loss-reduction initiatives. * Deliver technical training for field teams. * Identify potential areas for implementation of technical measures and conduct field operations focused on energy recovery. * Monitor the condition and usage of equipment provided to field teams (PPE/collective protective equipment/tools). * Collaborate in developing and reviewing work instructions, technical reports, and incident analyses. * Support coordination in evaluating technical and commercial indicators (timelines, service rejections, quality, complaints, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR technical diploma in Electrotechnology. * NR-10 Basic Course (40 hours). • NR-10 Supplementary Course (SEP) (40 hours) • Valid driver’s license, Category B. • Active registration with CREA for engineers and CFT for technicians.**Work Location:** Sobral – CE.
