Job Responsibilities: \- Conduct shooting instructions for beginner and advanced students. \- Teach and reinforce safety rules at the shooting range. \- Supervise firearm handling and provide technical corrections. \- Conduct individual training sessions and provide support. \- Organize and maintain used equipment. \- Interact with customers in a courteous, firm, and professional manner — especially in situations where safety instructions are not followed. \- Collaborate with the team during events, courses, and daily shooting range operations. Requirements: \- Verified qualification as a shooting instructor. \- Proficiency in safety rules and best practices for firearm handling. \- Teaching ability, patience, and strong communication skills. \- Attentive, responsible profile capable of maintaining order and safety in any scenario. \- Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to internal protocols. \- Valid documentation (CR/Registration compatible). Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month
