Senior Scrum Master

If you enjoy challenges, like working with diverse teams, and want to build solutions that truly make a difference, this opportunity may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective). * Act as an agile mentor and coach for the team. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement. * Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). * Manage dependencies and risks. * Ensure alignment between product strategy and technical execution. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in this role. * Experience in Insurance projects. * Practical knowledge of project metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence. * Facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. **Desirable:** * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe). * Experience in regulated environments (financial, insurance). * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel. **Additional information** * Competitive compensation based on experience; * Opportunities for career growth within the company and participation in strategic projects; * A dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding market company.
