Here, we care deeply about every member of our team! **About this role — What will you do?** As a Hardware Production Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution of the production flow (planning → materials → third parties → finalization → quality → inventory), guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and predictability. You will own day-to-day operations and serve as the liaison between Administration, Production, and Engineering. **Your responsibilities will include:** ● Owning the hardware operational flow, ensuring organization, cadence, and clarity of priorities; ● Coordinating internal production (finalization, testing, parameterization, finishing), interfacing with external production, and receiving/inspecting batches; ● Ensuring availability of critical materials in coordination with Procurement and Inventory; ● Implementing and maintaining management routines: daily production meeting (15 minutes), weekly meetings; ● Creating, tracking KPIs, and driving action plans; ● Standardizing processes and documentation (checklists, test standards, work instructions, serial/batch traceability); ● Ensuring non-conformities trigger corrective actions and that field/production feedback is relayed to Engineering for design improvements; ● Developing the operational team: training, work organization, feedback, and continuous improvement; ● Supporting Technical Assistance/Maintenance. **Requirements:** ● Prior experience leading production/operations (preferably electronics/hardware); ● Experience with quality routines (incoming and final inspection, failure analysis) and production KPIs; ● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage queues, and ensure delivery predictability; ● Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments (Admin, Procurement, Inventory, External Production, and Engineering); **Nice-to-haves:** ● Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; ● Knowledge of 5S/Kaizen, ERP systems; ● Basic electronics knowledge (reading schematics, datasheets, testing with multimeter/oscilloscope). **What we offer:** ● Meal allowance of BRL 30.00 per business day (monthly deduction of BRL 0.01); ● Transportation voucher with 6% salary gross deduction; ● SESC partnership.
