Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The key challenges as a** ***SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST \- GENERATIVE AI \& AGENTS*** **are:** * Develop advanced AI solutions: Design and implement intelligent agents (e.g., ReAct), integrating tools, APIs, and data to automate processes and generate business value; * Lead end-to-end with autonomy: Technically lead the full lifecycle of your deliverables—from experimentation (RAG, *embeddings*, advanced *prompting*, *fine\-tuning*) to production deployment of models; * Write excellent code: Develop in Python with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sound software engineering practices—ensuring production-grade quality; * Support LLMOps/GenAI Ops infrastructure: Implement robust pipelines for evaluation (*evals*), versioning, and continuous monitoring of generative AI solutions; * Mentor daily: Support the technical growth of mid-level and junior data scientists on the team by sharing knowledge through *code reviews* and pair programming; * Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams: Work side-by-side with data engineers, machine learning engineers, and architects to ensure models operate efficiently on Databricks. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology or related fields; * Proven solid experience as a Data Scientist, with strong delivery capability and ability to solve complex analytical problems; * Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open\-source models), going beyond proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations; * Strong proficiency in Python and data/ML libraries; * Established hands-on experience with Databricks (or similar big data environments) and fluency in SQL; * Practical knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and production model deployment (CI/CD, Git-based versioning, etc.); * Ability to clearly communicate technical results and challenges to peers and leadership. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience building solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI; * Experience implementing vector search (*Vector Databases*) architectures and complex RAG systems; * Strong background in software engineering applied to data; * Knowledge of *guardrails*, governance, and hallucination mitigation strategies for LLMs. **Additional information** Work Location: Remote Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexible options between 8 AM and 5 PM. **At YDUQS you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings)—allowing up to three concurrent scholarships; * **Medical assistance**, fully subsidized for the employee and partially for family members, with employee responsibility for co-payment; * **Dental assistance**, optional, to support your oral health; * **Meal allowance or food voucher**, with choice flexibility to suit your needs; * **Wellhub or Totalpass**, offering flexible gym membership options; * **Wellz**, a mental and emotional well-being platform for employees, providing various forms of support—including online individual therapy; * **Wellness and benefits club**, featuring a dedicated program with exclusive advantages; * **Flexible dress code**, promoting our diversity; * **Life insurance;** * **SESC partnership;** * **Corporate University**, accessible via our exclusive portal, Educare; * **Growth opportunities**: Today over 60% of open positions are filled through internal selection processes.
