Join Triggo.ai and build the future with us. **Responsibilities and assignments** * Develop and maintain systems in Mainframe environments; * Participate in technical solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality; * Implement complex backend functionalities following software engineering best practices; * Support scope definition, deadlines, and deliverables together with the Tech Lead; * Conduct technical analysis and gather functional and non-functional requirements; * Perform evolutionary maintenance and continuous system improvements; * Ensure security standards, version control, and code quality; * Identify and propose improvements to processes, application architecture, and performance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in IT + 5–7 years of experience; * COBOL (CICS, DB2, Batch) and Mainframe environment; * DB2 (queries, tuning, and optimization); * JCL and batch routines; * Security, authentication, and version control (Git); * Requirements gathering and technical implementation; * Solution analysis and problem solving; * Software development best practices and code quality; * System integration (legacy systems/APIs) and evolutionary maintenance; * Nice-to-have: GCP, DevOps/CI-CD, .NET/SQL Server, Agile, banking domain, architecture/microservices, legacy modernization, and English.
